Refund Policy

Books on Twist are digital goods, delivered instantly and readable immediately after purchase. Because of that, purchases are generally final — but we'll make it right if something actually went wrong.

We'll refund you if:

• You were charged more than once for the same Book
• A technical problem on our end kept you from reading the Book you bought
• The Book's demo cutoff or listing was clearly misconfigured, and what you paid for isn't what you got

We generally won't refund for:

• Simply changing your mind after reading some or all of a Book
• Not enjoying the story, its length, or its ending

How to request one

Email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase with the book title and the email address you purchased with. We'll review and respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe and typically take 5–10 business days to appear.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge directly with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first, your account may be suspended while the dispute is resolved. We'd rather sort it out directly — please reach out first.

For writers

If a sale of your Book is refunded, the corresponding payout is reversed — Twist's platform fee and your share are both returned to the buyer.
